josh, my sister & the bump - a family portrait

Just a quick post of one of my photos from last weekend's photo sessions. This one is of my sister, my nephew and my new (unborn) niece or nephew!

My sister is due in April and she wanted to get some pics of Josh and the bump before it's too late (and whilst she was feeling brave enough to show off her bump). I'm really excited about meeting my new neice or nephew...when Josh was born I lived down south so missed all the drama (and there was drama!) but I've been around to see this bump grow and to hear all Josh's bizarre inquiries as he tries to get his head round the whole 'baby' thing.

I will no doubt post some photos of the 'new addition' in April - 'can't wait to meet 'it'.

Steven 'cute as a button' Munro - portrait session

Friends Robert & Gail had asked me to do photos of their gorgeous son, Steven, before his new little brother or sister comes along later this year. So I spent an afternoon at Gail & Roberts (stunning!) new house mostly crawling around the floor trying to keep up with him!

At only 9 months, he is a natural in front of the camera and has the most beautiful big eyes and the sweetest nature. He 'modelled' for the camera for almost an hour and seemed to take it all in his stride. The photos in this blog are some of my faves.

Lyndsay & Craig wed - house for lovers

I was delighted to be asked to photography Lyndsay & Craig's wedding at the spectacular House for Art Lover in Glasgow.  After what felt like weeks of rain, the sun came out on their special day and it was absolutely glorious!

The venue was amazing...a photographers dream and so was the gorgeous Lyndsay who bears more than a subtle resemblance to Fearne Cotton! (I'm sure she won't mind me saying that!).

I'm excited to show you some of the results...
