Last Saturday I spent the day with Owen & Lorna in Millport for their engagement shoot. Considering it was March we couldn't have asked for a more amazing day, the sun was shining and it felt like the middle of summer!
I remember spending some time in Millport with a friend from school and her parents one summer and it felt as though nothing had changed. The cafe's are still there selling amazing ice-cream, the bike-hire shops are still bustling (for those that don't know it's standard to hire a bike and cycle round the island!) and it feels, as far as West of Scotland Beach resorts go... it's still one of the best!
This photo opportunity was too good to miss, and it reminds me of one of my favourite photographers Martin Parr series 'The Last Resort'.
